IT CSV Engineer

On behalf of our client, a leading Greek pharmaceutical company, we are seeking an IT CSV Engineer to join their dynamic IT team and play a key role in ensuring compliance, quality, and innovation across critical IT systems.

A day in the life of the IT CSV Engineer

As an IT CSV Engineer, you will lead the validation and compliance processes for non-GMP critical systems, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with IT, QA, and business teams, contributing to both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Your day-to-day

• Drive Computer System Validation (CSV) activities for new and existing systems, including Cloud-based platforms
• Manage and implement IT Change Control in accordance with SOPs.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance IT policies and procedures, and backup strategies (including BCP, DRP)
• Support IT audits and follow up on CAPAs related to compliance findings.
• Contribute to the design and execution of validation plans and protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ/UAT)
• Participate in risk assessments and mitigation strategies for IT systems.
• Prepare and review system documentation in collaboration with project teams.

What you will need

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in CSV or IT compliance within a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of validation processes, risk management, and IT governance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in English (oral & written)
