About the Role: Our client is looking for a strategic and hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, deployment, and management of their hybrid IT environment. You will be responsible for driving infrastructure modernization, ensuring security and compliance, managing vendors, and leading a skilled IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape IT infrastructure strategies while supporting a dynamic international operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and digital transformation.
- Oversee on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring high availability, resilience, and performance.
- Lead automation, orchestration, and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to maintain robust security, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing IT infrastructure team.
- Monitor emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8–10 years in IT infrastructure management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Azure).
- Hands-on experience with hybrid infrastructures, networking, firewalls, and cloud platforms.
- Proven experience in budgeting, vendor management, and project delivery.
- Knowledge of IT security, disaster recovery, and ITIL best practices.
- Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
