| General Purpose of the Role
|
We are looking for a professional that will be part of a highly skilled team who implements IT projects, provides IT consultation to business units, investigates and advances current technologies in use. | Main Duties & Responsibilities
|
- Manage projects from initiation to closure
- Track project financials
- Produce and maintain project documentation: charter, initiation document, detailed project plan, weekly status report, monthly progress reporting, change requests, issue log, risk log etc.
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for software customizations/development
- Plan and Manage the UAT by acting as a point of contact for the Business Users and the vendors
- Be responsible for the training manuals and training delivery
- Act as a SPOC for the Business Users, IT and external Software companies
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers
| Required Education/ Qualifications/ Other Accreditations
|
- More than 3 years’ experience in Project Management
- Degree in Computer Science or relative discipline
- Experience in managing projects that include software development lifecycles
- Experience dealing with international and multi-cultural team
- Fluent English
- Proven experience with project management and team collaboration software
- Transferable skills
