On behalf of our client, we are seeking an IT Project manager to lead their IT projects: digital transformation projects for logistics and retail industry, IoT solutions-Smart infrastructure projects, workforce management solutions and similar.

A day in the life of the IT Project manager

IT Project manager is  planning, executing, and delivering complex IT/Tech projects within scope, budget, and timeline. This mid–senior role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable overseeing multiple projects in a dynamic environment

Your day-to-day

• Lead end-to-end project management for IT and mobile technology initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between development, QA, operations, and business teams.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams.
• Provide direction, resolve issues, and ensure alignment toward project goals.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing IT or software development projects (Business Process Digitalization, Digital transformation, IoT solutions-Smart infrastructure projects, workforce management solutions etc.)
• Strong understanding of mobile technologies, digital systems, or IT infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
