IT Solutions Architect - Athens, On-site

Our client is a leader in tech innovation designing and delivering IT solutions that solve complex business problems at scale. The role exists to bring senior architectural expertise to a team that needs someone who can translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and guide development teams in executing them with precision.

The Role

You will analyse business requirements, design end-to-end IT solutions and create the architectural documentation that keeps development teams aligned and stakeholders confident. In your first six months, you will get close to the existing technology landscape, contribute to at least one major architecture initiative and establish yourself as the trusted technical voice when platform decisions need to be made. You will be the person who sees the full picture when everyone else is focused on their piece of it.

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of IT architecture or solutions design experience with a strong track record in senior roles
• Proven ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure and reliable technical solutions
• Experience creating and maintaining architecture roadmaps and technical documentation
• Strong understanding of security principles, infrastructure design and platform evaluation
• Confident in guiding and mentoring development teams on architecture best practices

Nice to Have

• Relevant architecture certification such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent
• Experience across multiple technology stacks and cloud platforms
• Background in client-facing or consultancy-driven architecture roles
