IT Support Engineer

Our client is a food and beverage producer with headquarters, factories and distribution centres across Central Greece. Their teams depend on reliable IT on the production floor as much as in the office, and they are looking for an IT Support Engineer who can handle both.

The Role

As IT Support Engineer, you will provide second-line support for users across sites, resolving issues with PCs, servers, networks, printers, mobile devices and business applications.

You will manage user accounts, install and configure equipment and help with small infrastructure projects.

During your first six months you will get to know every site and its systems, own the device lifecycle process and support the rollout of a new laptop and mobile fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide second-line support to users across headquarters, factories and distribution centres
• Resolve issues with PCs, servers, networks, printers, mobile devices and business applications
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Install and configure new equipment
• Own the device lifecycle process, from purchase to retirement
• Support the rollout of a new laptop and mobile fleet
• Help deliver small infrastructure projects
• Travel between sites when on-site support is needed

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or desktop engineering
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Basic networking skills (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and printer troubleshooting
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel between sites

Nice to Have

• CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft certifications
• Experience supporting ERP systems such as SAP or SoftOne
• Background in manufacturing or logistics environments

What's in It for You

€1,400 – €1,800 Gross / Month, depending on experience. On-site in Lamia, with regular visits to other sites. The company also provides a company car for site visits, private health insurance and a product allowance.
