IT Support Specialist - Athens, Hybrid (3-2)
3rd Level SupportOur client is a company with a growing IT environment that needs a reliable, people-focused support specialist to keep systems running and users productive. The role exists to be the first point of contact for technical issues across the organisation and to make sure nothing stays broken for long.
The Role
You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues across both remote and on-site environments, managing the full support ticket lifecycle and escalating complex problems to the right teams when needed. In your first six months, you will get a thorough understanding of the IT landscape, build a reputation for fast and accurate resolution and contribute to a support process that gets better with every ticket closed. You will be the person the business trusts to fix things quickly and explain them clearly.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of IT support experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and network issues
- Experience managing support tickets and prioritising workload effectively under pressure
- Comfortable providing both remote and on-site technical assistance to users at all levels
- Clear communicator who can explain technical issues in plain language to non-technical colleagues
Nice to Have
- CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira or Zendesk
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network administration
