On behalf of our client, a leading international infrastructure services company, we are seeking a skilled IT Support / System Administrator to join their dynamic IT team. This role focuses on providing technical support, managing IT operations, and ensuring the stability and security of the company’s IT infrastructure across multiple sites.

The position spans IT support, system administration, network management, cloud services, and IT security, supporting corporate operations and infrastructure projects within an international enterprise environment.
Your Day-to-Day

Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.

Manage tickets via ITSM systems, including escalation, root cause analysis, and documentation.

Coordinate installations and maintenance of workstations, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.

Support cloud environments such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and shared resources.

Manage credentials, MFA, access rights, and corporate cards.

Oversee computer rooms, UPS, switches, firewalls, and telephony systems (3CX) across multiple locations.

Apply IT security policies, endpoint protection, and patch management.

Collaborate with external vendors and 2nd-level support for troubleshooting and optimization.

Participate in IT projects, roll-outs, migrations, and automation initiatives, taking ownership of small to medium projects with task management, timelines, and reporting.
What You Will Bring

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.

Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory.

Good understanding of networks (TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, VPN).

Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and asset management.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Organizational mindset, initiative, and willingness to mentor others.

Degree in Computer Science or related field is desirable.
