Junior Frontend Software Engineer

Junior Fronted Engineer – Kallithea, Hybrid (2 days onsite)

A Greek software house with a strong footprint in the financial services and fintech sector, working primarily with banks and enterprise clients, is looking for a junior Frontend Software Engineer to join their team that supports live systems in production while continuing to expand its product offering.

The role

You’ll join a frontend-heavy team working on a live asset management system for a big client in Greece. In your first months, you’ll focus on building and maintaining Vue.js interfaces, integrating with .NET APIs, and shipping features used in production environments. Alongside the client project, you’ll contribute to internal tools, with the option to move across projects over time depending on your interests.

What you will bring

• Strong understanding of frontend and full stack development
• Strong knowledge of Vue.js, Vue 3, Composition API, Pinia/Vuex, Vue Router); React.js is also welcome
• Experience working with REST APIs (ideally with C# / ASP.NET Core)
• Familiarity with SQL Server or another relational database
• Comfortable using Git in a team environment (branching, pull requests, basic conflict resolution)
• Strong foundations in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Nice to have

• Experience with Blazor or .NET-based frontend environments
• Exposure to enterprise or B2B systems (e.g. asset management, internal tools)
• Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) in development workflow
