Machine Learning Engineer

On behalf of our client, an international leader in digital innovation and professional certification, we are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their growing AI team.

What you’ll do

You’ll work on applied machine learning and generative AI projects that deliver real-world impact across global platforms. You’ll design, fine-tune, and deploy models that enhance intelligent products and services, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, and evaluate ML and generative AI models for enterprise and product applications.
• Develop and maintain pipelines for experimentation, benchmarking, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Data and MLOps Engineers to ensure seamless data management and production readiness.
• Apply responsible AI practices by testing for bias, robustness, and explainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or PhD a plus).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Expertise with foundation models (LLMs, transformers, multimodal).
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with cloud ML platforms (ideally Azure or AWS/GCP).
• Proven record of delivering ML projects from concept to production.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG systems, or frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
