Marketing Automation Specialist - Athens, On-site

Our client is a technology company looking to scale its marketing operations through smarter automation and more targeted lead nurturing. The role exists to bring dedicated marketing automation expertise to a team that knows there is significant untapped value in their existing workflows and customer data.

The Role

You will design, implement and continuously optimise marketing automation workflows and email sequences that move leads through the funnel more efficiently and convert more consistently. In your first six months, you will audit the existing automation setup, identify the biggest gaps in segmentation and workflow logic and deliver measurable improvements in campaign performance and lead quality. You will be the person who bridges the gap between marketing strategy and the systems that execute it.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing automation experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or equivalent
• Proven ability to design and optimise email sequences and automation workflows that drive measurable results
• Strong data analysis skills with experience segmenting customer data to improve targeting and personalisation
• Experience working closely with sales teams to align lead nurturing strategies with conversion goals
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously without losing sight of performance

Nice to Have

• Relevant platform certification such as HubSpot or Marketo
• Familiarity with CRM integration and lead scoring methodologies
• Background in a technology or SaaS marketing environment
