On behalf of our client, a leading IT and consulting group based in Athens, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a digitally savvy marketing professional with strong organizational skills and a creative mindset, capable of handling a wide range of marketing activities — from content creation and social media management to event coordination and performance reporting.
About the Role:
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams, playing a key role in the execution of the company’s marketing strategy. This is a newly created position, offering the opportunity to directly shape and enhance the brand presence of a dynamic, people-first organization with a strong footprint in the tech and consulting sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing the annual and monthly marketing plans.

Coordinate digital campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.

Support brand consistency and messaging across internal and external communications.

Create marketing materials such as newsletters, blog posts, and presentations.

Manage tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and internal CMS platforms.

Conduct market research and evaluate new tools and platforms, including AI-powered technologies.

Organize and support events and promotional activities.

Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular analytics reports.
Requirements:

BSc in Marketing, Communication, or a related field; MSc or MBA is a plus.

3–5 years of professional experience in a similar marketing role.

Strong command of social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

Familiarity with the tone of voice and branding consistency.

Knowledge of content editing tools like CapCut is a plus.
Nice to Have:

Previous experience in tech or software companies, especially ERP/CRM providers.

Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and intranet tools.

Interest in AI applications and emerging martech tools.

Working Model & Compensation:

Full-time position based in Athens.

Hybrid model: 1 day remote work per week.

Working hours: Fixed schedule, 09:30 – 17:00.
