Marketing Manager - Athens, Hybrid (3-2)
Marketing ExecutiveOur client is an established travel industry company looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead on strategic marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. The role exists to bring senior marketing leadership to a function that needs someone who can set direction, manage a team and deliver measurable results simultaneously.
The Role
You will own the marketing strategy end to end, leading your team through campaign planning and execution while keeping performance, brand consistency and revenue growth firmly in focus. In your first six months, you will conduct a full audit of existing marketing activity, identify the highest-impact opportunities and put a multi-channel plan in place that the whole organisation can rally behind. You will be the person who connects creative ambition with commercial reality.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 in a management or team leadership role
- Proven track record planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimise for ROI
- Experience managing relationships with external agencies, vendors and partners
- Confident communicator who can align cross-functional teams around a clear marketing vision
Nice to Have
- Background in travel, hospitality or lifestyle sectors
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Familiarity with both B2B and B2C marketing environments
