Microsoft 365 & Azure Cloud Engineer

On behalf of our client, a top-tier Microsoft Cloud Partner with multiple Advanced Specializations, we are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 & Azure Cloud Engineer.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deploy & Migrate: You will lead the establishment of new Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. This involves executing comprehensive assessment, migration, and implementation plans to seamlessly transition clients from on-premises systems to the cloud, including complex tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Enhance Security: Plan and implement robust security frameworks using Microsoft's security and compliance solutions. You will be responsible for managing features like Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, identity protection, and other advanced security protocols.
• Optimize & Automate: Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will work on optimizing existing processes and tools, potentially through automation and scripting.
• Technical Support & Problem Solving: Act as a key resource for resolving complex customer issues. Your duties will include researching, diagnosing, and troubleshooting technical problems, ensuring prompt feedback and proper resolution according to SLAs.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work in a highly collaborative environment with technical leads, architects, and information security teams. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining detailed technical documentation for all projects and solutions. Occasional participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation may be required.

What You Will Bring (Must-Haves) 

• Experience: 3+ years of professional IT experience with a strong, hands-on focus on Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Migration Expertise: Proven experience executing on-premises to cloud migration projects (e.g., Exchange to Exchange Online) and Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with the administration of Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook). Strong knowledge of core Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows Servers & Clients, and Hyper-V. Solid understanding of core networking concepts.
• Education & Language: A degree in Computer Science or a related field, and high proficiency in both Greek and English (written and verbal).
• Mindset: Highly self-motivated and self-directed, with a collaborative spirit and a passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge with peers.

Skills That Will Make You Stand Out (Nice-to-Haves)

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator – AZ-104, Azure Virtual Desktop – AZ-140, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert - MS-102).
• Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, NSE4).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps concepts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployment.
• Previous experience in a pre-sales or consulting role.
• Practical experience with system management solutions such as SCCM, WSUS, email filtering, and device management (Intune).
