Network Engineer (Cisco · SD-WAN)

A managed-network service provider serving 100+ enterprise clients across Northern Greece and the Balkans. The role exists to strengthen the team delivering SD-WAN and MPLS projects.

The Role

You'll design, deploy, and operate enterprise network solutions, from initial scoping through on-site commissioning and handover to the operations team. Your first six-month milestone is independently leading the end-to-end delivery of three SD-WAN deployments for existing enterprise clients. You'll mentor a junior network technician.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years in network engineering or network operations
• Strong Cisco IOS/IOS-XE configuration and troubleshooting skills (routing, switching, BGP, OSPF)
• Hands-on SD-WAN deployment experience (Cisco Viptela, Meraki, or Fortinet)
• Familiarity with MPLS, QoS, and VPN technologies
• Cisco CCNP or CCNA (at minimum) certification

Nice to Have

• Experience with network automation (Ansible, Python/Netmiko)
• Fortinet NSE or Palo Alto PCNSA certification
• Exposure to network-monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix)
