Network & Security Admin

Our client is a well-known hotel and hospitality group with resorts across the Greek islands and a central operations office on the mainland. Guest Wi-Fi, booking systems and payment terminals all depend on a secure network, and they need a Network & Security Admin to keep it that way.

The Role

You will administer the group's firewalls, switches, VPNs and wireless networks, and handle day-to-day security tasks such as access control, patching and log review.

Most properties are supported remotely, with site visits when needed, especially ahead of the summer season. In your first six months you will standardise firewall policies across properties, tighten network segmentation between guest and business systems, and prepare the infrastructure for peak season.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer firewalls, switches, VPNs and wireless networks across all properties
• Manage access control, patching and regular security log reviews
• Standardise firewall policies across the group's hotels
• Separate guest networks from business and payment systems
• Support properties remotely and travel to sites when needed
• Prepare network infrastructure for each summer season

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in network and/or security administration
• Hands-on experience with firewalls such as Fortinet, Sophos or Palo Alto
• Good knowledge of VLANs, routing, site-to-site and remote-access VPNs
• Experience managing enterprise Wi-Fi (Aruba, Ruckus, Ubiquiti or similar)
• An organised way of working and willingness to travel occasionally

Nice to Have

• Fortinet NSE 4, CCNA Security or Security+ certification
• Awareness of PCI DSS requirements for payment systems
• Experience in hospitality or multi-site organisations

What's in It for You

€1,900 – €2,600 Gross / Month, depending on experience. Hybrid in Thessaloniki (2 days remote), with occasional travel to properties.
