Outside Sales Representative (SaaS)

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing PropTech and real estate data analytics leader operating across Cyprus and Greece, we are seeking dynamic Outside Sales Representatives (SaaS) to join their expanding team. Our client provides "superpowers" to Tier-1 institutions, including major banks, insurers, real estate agents, and developers, helping them navigate high-stakes property decisions through advanced market intelligence.

Your Day to Day

• Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients including real estate agencies, developers, and valuers.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct product demonstrations of BI dashboards, tailoring solutions to specific client pain points.
• Strategic Outreach: Use a relationship-led approach to establish trust and initiate interest in data-driven decision-making.
• Market Intelligence: Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, sharing feedback on market sentiment and unmet needs with the Head of Sales.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records and lead insights within the CRM.

What You will Bring

• Experience: Proven success in SaaS, PropTech, or Outside Sales (experience in Pharma or high-growth tech is also highly valued).
• Skills: Tech-savvy, data-literate, and possessing an "ownership" mentality.
• Communication: Exceptional Greek and English skills are essential.
• Adaptability: Comfortable handling everything from high-volume SMB outreach to long-term enterprise sales cycles.
