Our client is a global fintech and online trading platform providing access to forex, commodities, equities, and other financial instruments. With premises in Athens, Thesaaloniki and Cyprus is seeking a Patch & Vulnerability Management Specialist to join the Systems Engineering team. This is a hands-on, security-focused role supporting hybrid cloud and enterprise environments.

The Role

You’ll join the Systems Engineering team, taking ownership of enterprise-wide patch management and vulnerability remediation across Windows, macOS, mobile, and hybrid cloud environments. You’ll play a key role in identifying security risks, coordinating remediation activities, and ensuring systems remain secure, compliant, and up to date.

In your first six months, you’ll get familiar with the organisation’s endpoint and cloud ecosystem, take ownership of patching cycles and vulnerability tracking processes, and help strengthen automation, reporting, and compliance workflows across IT operations.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in Systems Administration, IT Operations, or Security-focused infrastructure roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune)
  • Experience in patch management and vulnerability remediation processes
  • Understanding of endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
  • Familiarity with vulnerability assessment concepts and security hardening practices
  • Scripting ability (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with IT and Security teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience with vulnerability tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or ManageEngine
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, or ITIL
  • Exposure to automation or endpoint deployment tools (e.g. MECM/SCCM, MDM platforms)
  • Experience in hybrid cloud environments
  • Interest in security operations, threat exposure management, or risk-based patching
