On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing technical and construction organization, we are currently looking for a dynamic and highly motivated People & Culture Manager to join its leadership team and support the company’s continued expansion across Greece.

 

A day in the life of the People & Culture Manager

As a People & Culture Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening recruitment processes, developing a strong professional network, and fostering engagement across a geographically dispersed workforce. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this position is designed for an influential professional who can support the organization’s growth and cultural cohesion.

Your day-to-day

  • Enhance the quality and efficiency of recruitment processes across the organization
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Develop and expand an active external professional network
  • Strengthen the company’s employer brand and presence in the talent market
  • Collect and evaluate market intelligence from industry contacts and networks
  • Design and implement initiatives that improve employee engagement across geographically dispersed teams
  • Enhance internal communication between construction sites and the central management team
  • Foster a shared organizational identity and sense of pride across the Group
  • Visit construction sites periodically in order to maintain a direct understanding of field workforce dynamics

What you will need

  • Experience working in organizations with geographically dispersed teams
  • Professional background in technical, industrial, or project-based environments
  • Experience working with both white-collar and blue-collar employees
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven operational environments
  • Strong networking and communication skills across all hierarchical levels
  • Excellent ability to read people and understand organizational dynamics
  • High level of resilience, determination, and ownership
