People & Culture Manager - On-site
HR OfficerOur client is a rapidly growing technical and construction organization with operations across Greece, delivering large-scale projects through a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce. The role has been created to support the company's continued expansion and strengthen its people, culture, and talent acquisition capabilities.
The Role
As People & Culture Manager, you'll own the organization's recruitment strategy, employer branding initiatives, and employee engagement programs. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you'll lead efforts to attract top talent, strengthen internal communication, and foster a unified company culture across both office and site-based teams.
During your first six months, you'll enhance recruitment processes, build a sustainable talent pipeline, and implement initiatives that improve employee engagement and collaboration across the Group's construction sites and central operations.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People & Culture roles
- Experience working within technical, construction, industrial, engineering, or project-based environments
- Proven experience supporting both white-collar and blue-collar employee populations
- Strong expertise in recruitment, employer branding, and talent networking
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience managing HR initiatives across multiple locations or geographically dispersed teams
- Exposure to organizational development, employee engagement, or change management projects
- Strong understanding of construction or infrastructure project environments
