Product Manager - B2B SaaS

A Greek cloud ERP vendor transitioning an established on-premise user base to a multi-tenant SaaS model. The role exists to own the core financial-modules product area as the company accelerates its SaaS roadmap.

The Role

You'll define and prioritise the roadmap for Accounts Payable, Receivable, and General Ledger modules — working with a squad of 6 engineers and a designer. In your first six months you'll ship a redesigned invoice-processing workflow, instrument feature usage with analytics, and publish quarterly roadmap updates to the 200+ customer advisory board. You'll report to the VP Product.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS
• Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs
• Experience working in agile squads (Scrum or Shape Up)
• Comfort with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap)
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills; fluent English

Nice to Have

• Background in accounting, finance, or ERP software (as PM or user)
• Experience with Jobs-to-Be-Done or outcome-driven innovation frameworks
• Greek language skills for client-facing discovery
