Product Owner - Athens, Hybrid (3-2)

Our client is an innovative software company bringing new products to market and looking for a Product Owner who can keep development focused, stakeholders aligned and delivery on track. The role exists to bring structure and clarity to a product team that is moving fast and needs someone who can translate vision into a backlog that actually gets built.

The Role

You will own the product backlog, lead sprint planning and work closely with developers, designers and stakeholders to turn ideas into shipped features. In your first six months, you will get close to the product, the users it serves and the teams building it, and establish a prioritisation framework that the whole team trusts. You will be the person who keeps everyone pointed in the same direction when priorities compete.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a closely related product management role
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on sprint planning experience
• Proven ability to manage and prioritise a product backlog in a fast-moving development environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories
• Experience conducting user research and integrating feedback into product decisions

Nice to Have

• CSPO or equivalent Product Owner certification
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalent
• Background in software product companies or SaaS environments
