On behalf of our client, a leading company specializing in the design, construction, and supply of intelligent connected lighting systems for public and private infrastructures (roads, tunnels, squares, pedestrian areas, parks, outdoor, and indoor spaces, sports facilities, etc.), we are currently seeking for a Project Administrator to join the Public Sector Projects team.
Role Purpose:
The Project Administrator is responsible for the comprehensive administrative support of the organization's contracts and projects. This role ensures the proper implementation of procedures, smooth communication between teams, and compliance with administrative governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with Contractual Documents, the Implementation Study, and Corporate Governance procedures.

Provide support throughout all contract phases: installation, operation, and maintenance.

Manage essential documentation such as insurance policies, guarantees, and contracts.

Act as the central point of contact for internal cross-departmental and cross-functional communication.

Develop and improve document templates, project tools, and administrative project management methodologies.

Support the implementation of project methodologies and monitor compliance with internal standards and guidelines.

Maintain the central repository/archive of original deliverables for each project.
Required Qualifications:

University degree (BSc or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project administration or contract management.

Excellent knowledge of the regulatory framework for public contracts (Law 4412/2016 or equivalent).

Good knowledge of document management practices, quality assurance procedures, and internal organizational systems.

Proficient in MS Office tools and project management software.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and effective communication skills.
