Project Delivery Specialist

On behalf of our client,  a global online trading platform providing access to forex, commodities, equities, and other financial instruments, we are seeking a talented Project Delivery Specialist to join an innovative technology team driving cutting-edge cloud and platform solutions.

The Role:

As a Project Delivery specialists Specialist, you will design, test, and deliver technical solutions that power scalable, secure, and compliant platforms. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading proof-of-concepts, driving cross-team initiatives, and ensuring every solution delivers measurable value. You will collaborate across Engineering, DevOps, Security, and Legal teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

Your day to day

• Lead Innovation & Proof-of-Concepts: Evaluate, design, and execute vendor and open-source solutions, including cloud platforms, developer tooling, and observability.
• End-to-End Program Delivery: Manage technical programs from concept to production, including cloud rollouts, platform upgrades, and large-scale migrations.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate SRE, DevOps, Security, Legal, and Project Management teams to deliver improvements efficiently and safely.
• Evaluate & Recommend Solutions: Define success criteria, analyse performance, document results, and provide go/no-go recommendations.
• Ensure Security & Compliance: Partner with Security and Risk teams to align all solutions with regulatory and internal standards.
• Engage & Influence Stakeholders: Drive adoption and change management through clear communication and collaborative goal-setting.
• Track Progress & Report Outcomes: Maintain program plans, timelines, and progress reports for leadership visibility.

Must have

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field will be considered as an asset
• 3+ years of relevant experience (e.g., Technical Analyst, Solution Architect)
• Solid understanding of DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS), containerisation (Kubernetes), and monitoring/logging tools
• Experience leading technical PoCs and vendor evaluations in a regulated environment
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of scalability, security, and compliance challenges
• Excellent time management and research skills
