Project Manager — Civil Engineer — Attiki, Lavrio, On-site

Our client is a Greek engineering and construction group with nearly 30 years of experience delivering high-quality industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects in Greece and internationally. The company specializes in industrial engineering, electromechanical installations, production line assembly, turnkey facility relocations, and large-scale construction. Projects span sectors including manufacturing, logistics, and heavy industry, with clients that include major industrial groups operating across Europe.

The Role

You'll take active ownership of a large-scale industrial project from mobilization through to handover — managing the site team, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, controlling schedule and budget, and acting as the primary point of contact for the client. The scope is complex and the expectations are high — this is not a desk-based project coordination role.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Civil Engineering (university or equivalent accredited institution)
• 8+ years of site-based experience on building and construction projects — on-site, not office-side
• Proven ability to manage site teams including foremen, site engineers, and subcontractors
• Strong budget, quality, and HSE management — you've held real accountability for all three simultaneously
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken — client communication and reporting are conducted in English
• Solid knowledge of Greek construction legislation, project regulations, and contract fundamentals
• Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with document management in large technical organizations
• Flexible and adaptable — industrial project timelines shift, and you manage that without losing control of scope

• Experience on industrial or manufacturing facility projects
• Prior exposure to turnkey or relocation projects
