About the Role
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Development) to join their Development Department and manage the delivery of a diverse programme of capital projects, including new developments, renovations, and upgrades across our real estate portfolio. These projects are diverse and engaging, ranging from new building construction and exhibitions to renovations and upgrades of existing facilities.
This is a client-side role, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards, while acting as the owner’s representative throughout the process.
A day in the life of Project Manager
You will play a hands-on role in shaping and delivering high-quality construction projects, working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered professionally, safely, on time, and within budget.
Your day-to-day
- Oversee construction projects from design development through handover, representing the client’s interests
- Manage contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate approvals, permits, and technical documentation
- Prepare clear project updates and reports in English and Greek
- Support strategic planning for future developments and portfolio improvements
What you will need
- Degree in Construction, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is a plus
- Experience in construction project management, preferably client-side or developer-side
- Strong knowledge of the Greek construction market and local regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluency in Greek and English
- Proactive, organized, and solutions-focused approach
