QA Engineer

A leading software technology company specializing in enterprise digital solutions is seeking a QA Engineer to strengthen its quality assurance and testing operations. The company is known for delivering complex, secure, and high-performance applications for clients in critical sectors, including finance, government, and infrastructure.

As part of an agile and collaborative team, you will work closely with business analysts, developers, and end users to validate that systems meet both functional and non-functional requirements before going live.

Your day-to-day

Test Documentation

• Create and maintain System Integration Test (SIT) books

• Create and maintain User Acceptance Test (UAT) books

• Manage version control and updates after each release or sprint

Test Execution

• Run manual SIT and UAT test cases (automation optional depending on project)

• Log, retest, and track defects across cycles

• Prepare or request test data specific to UAT and SIT phases

• Perform regression testing to confirm stability after changes

• Test RESTful and SOAP APIs using tools such as Swagger / Postman

• Act as a key bridge between business & development teams

What you will need

• Minimum 2–3 years of QA or software testing experience

• Strong understanding of SIT, UAT, and regression testing processes

• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger)

• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar test/defect management platforms

• Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to documentation

• Fluent communication in English (written and spoken)

• Ability to work independently and communicate proactively in agile teams
