Our client is a premier brand in the Greek commercial interiors market, a leader in high-end architectural solutions for prestigious corporate and public spaces and are seeking for Sales Consultants. This is a high-impact commercial role focused on the B2B sector. You will secure the contracts that define Greece’s modern professional landscape, owning the end-to-end delivery of flagship projects for Tier-1 corporate headquarters and large-scale professional offices.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the driving force behind my company's commercial growth, acting as the strategic bridge between architectural vision and high-stakes execution. In this role, you’ll become the primary face of their brand, cultivating elite relationships with Tier-1 architects and developers to weave premium solutions into the Greek skyline.

You will spend your days proactively scouting major construction projects to ensure the company's brand is integrated early in the design phase, leading collaborative consultations that align specialized partitions and furniture with complex technical briefs. By taking full ownership of the project journey, from the very first specification to the final contract and hand-over, you will truly master the market, keeping a constant pulse on emerging real estate trends and securing the next generation of high-end headquarters fit-outs.

What You Bring

  • Sales Pedigree: Proven experience in B2B solution-based or project-based sales (prior experience in commercial interiors or construction is a distinct advantage).
  • The "Closer" Mindset: A self-motivated, results-oriented drive with the persistence to manage long-cycle, multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • Technical Aptitude: The ability to interpret spatial requirements and communicate the technical value of architectural products for expansive professional offices.
  • Executive Presence: High organizational consistency, professional responsibility, and the ability to operate with authority in high-level meetings.
  • Communication Mastery: Full professional fluency in both Greek and English is essential.

€24,000–€40,000 base salary plus a performance-driven commission structure. Company car and restaurant/meal tickets included.
