The Role
Stepping into a position of commercial authority, you will drive the Project Development Section, identifying and securing high-value contracts for massive professional workspaces before they reach the general market. This role is designed for a strategic closer who bridges the gap between architectural design and commercial execution. You will serve as the primary commercial face of the company, collaborating with architects, developers, and technical firms to integrate our solutions into the Greek skyline.
Your Day-to-Day
- Project Identification: Proactively detect and qualify major construction and renovation projects, ensuring our solutions are positioned early in the design phase for large-scale office developments.
- Strategic Networking: Develop and manage a sophisticated network of high-level partnerships with Tier-1 architects, developers, and corporate end-users.
- Consultative Technical Sales: Conduct expert presentations that align specialized architectural solutions (Partitions, Furniture, Flooring) with the complex technical briefs of high-end professional environments.
- End-to-End Pipeline Ownership: Navigate the full sales lifecycle, from initial design collaboration and technical specifications to final contract execution and project hand-over.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain a "pulse" on the Greek commercial real estate market, identifying emerging trends and upcoming headquarters fit-out opportunities.
What You Bring
- Sales Pedigree: Proven experience in B2B solution-based or project-based sales (prior experience in commercial interiors or construction is a distinct advantage).
- The "Closer" Mindset: A self-motivated, results-oriented drive with the persistence to manage long-cycle, multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Technical Aptitude: The ability to interpret spatial requirements and communicate the technical value of architectural products for expansive professional offices.
- Executive Presence: High organizational consistency, professional responsibility, and the ability to operate with authority in high-level meetings.
- Communication Mastery: Full professional fluency in both Greek and English is essential.
