On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering, to join a growing team in the fields of HVAC systems and green energy technologies.

 

The ideal candidate will combine solid technical understanding with strong communication and relationship-building abilities. This is a role for someone who enjoys meeting clients, providing smart technical solutions, and contributing directly to business growth.

 

Your day-to-day

 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC and green energy markets.
  • Visit clients, analyze their needs, and provide customized technical and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams to design and deliver efficient solutions.
  • Manage sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
  • Stay informed on new technologies, energy efficiency trends, and sustainable solutions.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm in client meetings and events.

 

What you will need

 

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum TEI or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in HVAC, energy efficiency, or renewable technologies, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to use general software tools (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Affinity for digital tools and eagerness to learn new platforms and technologies.
