On behalf of our client, a global travel technology company delivering modern solutions across the tourism and retail sectors, we are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their expanding development team in Athens.

A day in the life of the Saleforce Designer

As a Salesforce Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of the company’s core software platform. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle, enhancing product functionality and integrating third-party systems, with a strong focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.

Your day-to-day

• Develop and maintain solutions on the Salesforce Platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Java, Heroku
• Implement and support system integrations using RESTful and SOAP APIs
• Extend functionality of front-end components and assist with UI enhancements
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Participate in code reviews and sprint planning sessions
• Ensure all code is efficient, secure, and follows best practices
• Identify technical debt and propose improvements across the platform

What You will need

• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Java
• Familiarity with Heroku or equivalent PaaS solutions
• Strong understanding of API development and integration patterns
• Experience in front-end development frameworks (desirable)
• Exposure to financial systems or basic accounting logic (a plus)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
• A proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and in team environments
