SAP Operations Manager - Athens, Hybrid (4+1)

Its Corporate IT function plays a strategic role in the business, with enterprise systems serving as core operational infrastructure that supports manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and warehouse operations. These systems operate within a regulated environment and are subject to stringent compliance, validation, and governance requirements.

You'll lead the SAP team and own the operational stability of company's entire SAP landscape - ERP, APO, SuccessFactors, WMS, and system integrations - across manufacturing sites.

Beyond day-to-day incident and change management, you'll act as the IT Quality Management representative for SAP: reviewing Change Controls, overseeing CSV documentation, and ensuring every system change meets compliance requirements. You're the escalation point for critical issues and the bridge between business stakeholders, the SAP team, and external vendors.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years in SAP application support and implementation
• Experience working across SAP Supply Chain modules: MM, SD, PP, QM, WMS, and/or APO PP/DS
• Experience in leading or coordinating a SAP support team (incidents, priorities, people coordination)
• Strong stakeholder management: able to translate between business needs and technical constraints at all levels of the organization

• Hands-on experience with Computerized Systems Validation (CSV) processes
• Experienced in vendor management and external partner coordination
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or upgrade programmes
