As a Senior Applications Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ongoing stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical business applications. Your Day to Day
- Lead the full Application Lifecycle Management, ensuring seamless operations post-GoLive.
- Monitor application performance, resolve issues proactively, and recommend improvements based on feedback and support data.
- Handle incident management at 2nd and 3rd level, collaborating with internal and external teams for resolution.
- Partner with infrastructure teams to conduct capacity planning and maintain scalable performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT security standards and participate in audit processes as the application owner.
- Maintain and evolve support documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate across development, infrastructure, and support teams during deployment and post-GoLive stages.
- Champion process optimization and automation initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
- Manage and nurture vendor relationships to maintain service quality and application performance.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in application operations.
- Proven knowledge of application architecture in both on-premise and cloud environments.
- Strong background in solution design, enterprise support, and vendor coordination.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in guiding operational teams.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools and diagnostics.
- Fluency in English is required.
