Design & Architect: Build secure, scalable, and resilient cloud environments that make a real business impact.

Automate Everything: Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell to eliminate manual processes and accelerate delivery.

Microsoft 365 Leadership: Drive migrations, optimize O365, and leverage Intune and Azure AD security to keep users productive and safe.

Keep It Secure: Implement IAM, enforce compliance, and lead vulnerability assessments.

Optimize & Innovate: Tune workloads for performance and cost savings while shaping future-proof strategies.

Stay Prepared: Own disaster recovery planning and testing, ensuring business continuity.

Lead & Share: Collaborate with DevOps, developers, and infrastructure engineers — sharing knowledge and guiding best practices.

Be the Go-To Expert: Troubleshoot critical issues, lead incident response, and help teams recover fast when it matters most.
Must have
-
4–6 years’ experience in cloud engineering, systems engineering, or infrastructure roles.

Strong hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure.

Confident scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

Proven track record in automation (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and advanced security features.

Experience with Azure AD security controls (MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Governance).
Nice to have (but not essential):

Networking know-how (VPN, DNS, SSL, Load Balancing).

Monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Kibana, Logstash).

Containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
Certifications:

One or more cloud certifications (AWS or Azure) is required.

Bonus points for Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or cloud security credentials
