Senior Design Project Manager (CRM-projects)

Location: Saudi Arabia, Jeddah (relocation is mandatory)

 

The role

This role is overseeing design, coordination, and execution of CRM-related projects in the architectural design field, meaning it is at the crossroads of technology, business development, and design operations. 

Collaboration with clients, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless information exchange, technical accuracy, and timely project submissions.

  

Day to day

  • Lead the CRM design process, ensuring alignment with project objectives and technical standards.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to develop and implement CRM solutions.  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.  
  • Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Monitor and oversee all project activities, ensuring timely completion of milestones.  
  • Review and approve project submissions, ensuring accuracy and quality.  
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. 
  • Lead team of 5-10 members (Project Managers, Lead Architects, Project Architects and Architects).

Core Skills & Background

 

CRM Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (especially architecture-focused CRMs like ArchiOffice/Deltek).
  • Knowledge of other software, such as: presentation & animation software and M.S. Office.
  • Skilled at mapping business processes into CRM systems.
  • Comfortable with data migration, reporting, and analytics dashboards.

Project Management

  • Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams (IT, business development, architects, finance).
  • Familiar with methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management (PMP/Prince2 is a plus).
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Architecture/Design Industry Knowledge

  • Understanding of proposal workflows, RFPs, stakeholder management, project acquisition, client lifecycle in architectural firms.
  • Experience in Mega projects & modern design practices with supervisory, site, cost estimate & manpower estimate, value engineering, QA/QC, LEED, health and safety.
  • Familiarity with tools (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, etc.), for designing integrations or workflows around them.

Change Management & Communication

  • Ability to train architects, designers, and business staff on using CRM tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for gathering requirements and aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Team leadership - at least 5 years experience in a role with lead responsibility.

This position is open to applicants who are currently based in European countries, including Western, Eastern, and Balkan regions. At this time, applications from candidates residing in the Middle East are not within the scope of our current hiring program.
