They have recently established a modern Development Center in Thessaloniki, where talented engineers and researchers work on next-generation IoT solutions. Joining this team as a Senior Embedded Electronics Engineer means contributing to meaningful projects with global impact, while working in a vibrant, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and document embedded electronic systems with a focus on RF design.

Work on PCB layouts, analog and digital circuits, and RF measurement & simulation.

Perform debugging and evaluation using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.

Explore and integrate low-power RF protocols (LoRa, BLE, NB-IoT).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Support process harmonization and continuous improvement across tools and methodologies.

Contribute to a healthy, innovative team culture in a multidisciplinary setup.
Required Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in RF electronics design, including antenna simulation and testing.

Strong expertise in PCB design (preferably with Altium).

Proven knowledge of analog & digital circuit design.

Hands-on RF debugging with professional lab equipment.

Familiarity with RF simulation tools (ADS, CST, HFSS).

Understanding of low-power RF communication protocols.

Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus).

BSc or MSc in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Nice-to-Have Skills

High-speed PCB design & signal integrity analysis.

Familiarity with compliance standards (FCC, CE, ETSI, EMC, RED).

Experience with STM32/MSP430 microcontrollers and embedded C programming.

Knowledge of Python, simulation tools (pSpice, LTspice), and test automation.

Background in Azure DevOps, CI/CD practices, and test-driven development.

Experience with mechatronic products (integration of sensors, mechanics, electronics).
