Senior ERP Consultant

Our client is an established market leader with a 90-year history in industrial and technical equipment in Greece, operating a large-scale commercial and logistics footprint. The role exists because the company is accelerating an enterprise-wide digital modernisation initiative and requires an experienced senior professional to lead the in-house ERP function and take full ownership of the Entersoft ecosystem for 80+ daily users.

The Role

You will take complete ownership of the Entersoft ERP platform, serving as the technical authority and primary bridge between operations and business management while leading and mentoring another ERP Consultant. In your first six months, you will evaluate existing workflows, streamline cross-departmental operations across commercial, logistics, and financial modules, and set technical standards for internal support and external integrator management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Entersoft ERP platform end-to-end, managing configuration, routine optimization, and overall system reliability for 80+ internal users

• Lead, mentor, and guide an ERP Consultant on the team, overseeing task delegation, code/configuration reviews, and day-to-day deliverables

• Design and implement tailored workflows, custom forms, automation rules, and data integrations to streamline operations across sales, inventory, and procurement

• Collaborate with department heads, key business users, and external software vendors to translate operational bottlenecks into robust technical specifications

• Drive continuous performance improvements by building custom MS SQL queries, views, and management reports (MIS/BI) to support strategic decision-making

• Act as the final escalation point for complex 2nd/3rd level technical issues and conduct structured user training sessions to elevate platform adoption

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Entersoft ERP (internal enterprise role or implementation partner background)

• Proven ability to mentor junior/mid-level consultants or act as the senior technical lead on ERP projects

• Strong practical command of MS SQL Server (T-SQL, complex queries, views, stored procedures)

• In-depth understanding of standard commercial and operational workflows (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory/Warehouse Management, Invoicing)

• Proven track record in designing business reports and data extractions using Entersoft reporting tools, Crystal Reports, or FastReports

• Professional proficiency in Greek and English with excellent communication, requirements-gathering, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to Entersoft CRM or Entersoft WMS modules

• Experience coordinating API integrations or web service connections with third-party platforms (myDATA/e-invoicing providers, e-commerce, courier services)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Informatics
