A mobile marketing automation platform used by brands across e-commerce, retail, and media to run personalised push, in-app, email, and SMS campaigns at scale, is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their product engineering team. The frontend spans a customer-facing campaign builder, analytics dashboards, and internal tooling — all built on React and Next.js.
Your Day-to-Day
You’ll build and maintain frontend applications across the platform — translating designs and product requirements into responsive, performant UI. You’ll own components from architecture to code review, collaborate daily with designers, backend engineers, and QA, and contribute to the design system used across multiple products. You’ll also be the senior technical voice in the frontend guild: setting standards, reviewing others’ code, and mentoring junior developers.
What You Will Bring
- 4+ years with React and/or Next.js in production, with strong TypeScript throughout
- Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches — CSS Modules, Tailwind, or Styled Components
- Solid understanding of browser rendering, performance optimization, and accessibility
- Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API) and RESTful API integration
- Experience with frontend testing using Jest and React Testing Library
- Comfortable leading code reviews and setting frontend best practices for a team
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Node.js or Express — enough to read and reason about the backend
- Experience with performance monitoring or analytics tooling (Datadog, Sentry, or similar)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment workflows
What’s in It for You
The package includes a base salary of €40,000–€43,000, a performance-based bonus, meal vouchers (€1,560/year), private medical insurance, and a mobile subsidy of €400 every two years.
