Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java / React), Ag. Paraskevi, Hybrid (4-1)

Our client is a global industrial leader listed on the NYSE, operating in over 35 countries with a workforce of 11,000+. Their Athens Tech Hub is a strategic center of excellence where 80+ IT professionals drive high-impact projects supporting global operations. Due to strategic expansion in Greece, they are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a high-performing team responsible for a business-critical international platform.

The Role
As a Senior Developer, you will own the full development lifecycle of a sophisticated, multi-functional commercial platform. This enterprise-scale software handles complex product selection, configuration, and automated quotation, while also integrating modules for order management, CRM, workflow automation, and document management.

Your focus will be on a major architectural evolution: migrating this comprehensive suite from a legacy desktop client to a high-performance, modern React interface.

End-to-End Feature Delivery: Develop scalable solutions across a diverse feature set (from configuration logic to CRM tools).Architectural Modernization: Lead the transition of complex legacy workflows into a modern web ecosystem.Global Impact: Collaborate with international engineering teams to support a platform used across the company’s global footprint.

What you will bring

• Java Expertise: 5+ years of experience (Java 17 preferred), focusing on back-end logic, system integrations, and performance.
• React Mastery: 5+ years with React (React 18 + Redux), building clean, maintainable, and responsive front-end interfaces.
• Database Management: Strong SQL Server skills, specifically in writing and optimizing complex queries for data-heavy applications.
• API Fundamentals: Expert knowledge of RESTful design, consumption, and performance tuning.
• Modern DevOps: Hands-on experience with Git (GitLab/GitHub) and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Communication: Professional English is required for collaboration with global teams.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems.
• Experience navigating and refactoring monolithic environments.Familiarity with AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot.
