On behalf of our client we are looking for someone to join their forward-thinking HRIS team and play a key role in optimizing HR systems across a global organization. As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for Workday, helping to streamline processes, enhance data integrity, and deliver world-class support to HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
You will be the member of HRIS Team, under People Systems Manager and part of global HR team that comprises of 40 people worldwide and is responsible for the management of all matters concerning the employment and development of people.
Day to day:
- Own configuration and support of Workday modules (Core HCM, Time & Absence, Performance, Payroll)
- Drive HR process improvements through automation and best practices
- Deliver accurate reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
- Partner with global teams on implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Ensure system security, documentation, and compliance
- Support other systems like iCIMS, SABA, Darwin, and Pirical
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience (including configuration)
- Strong skills in reporting, data auditing, and troubleshooting
- Excellent stakeholder management across HR, IT, and beyond
- High attention to detail and understanding of GDPR
- Bonus: Workday certifications, Power BI skills, or legal sector experience
