Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

Our client, an AI-native company building vertical AI agents for complex, underserved industries, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its team based in Athens, Greece.

The Role
This is an end-to-end product design role for the company's only Product Designer. You will own the UI/UX of all digital products, from user research and prototyping through to polished UI and engineering handover. The role is genuinely AI-native: you will shape new agentic workflows rather than redesign existing software, using AI throughout the design process to research, prototype, test, and ship. You will work closely with engineers and founders in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, moving from concept to working prototype in days rather than weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of digital products, including web-based platforms and mobile apps, from concept to delivery
• Own product design end-to-end, with a direct voice in product direction
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define requirements and design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives
• Build and test clickable prototypes quickly and independently, using AI tools rather than relying on handoffs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Continuously iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer
• Strong, equally balanced skills in UX thinking and polished UI execution
• An AI-native mindset, with fluency in modern design and prototyping tools and the use of AI to research, build, and test
• Experience working closely with engineers and founders, taking ownership of problems independently rather than waiting for detailed direction
• Comfort operating in early-stage ambiguity and at speed
• Experience building user flows and customer journey maps
• Comfort conducting user research and speaking directly with users

• Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup

What's in it for You
€4,500 - 6,500 gross/month, along with a stock option plan. Engagement via a limited company (B2B basis) is preferred. You'll join a small, ambitious, experienced team with real end-to-end ownership and a direct hand in what ships, working in a hybrid setup with short feedback loops between design, engineering, and testing.
