On behalf of one of our partners in EdTech industry, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and technically driven Senior Software Engineer to join a pioneering digital education and training provider with a strong presence in Europe. The company develops cloud-based learning platforms and has been recognized for its innovative contribution to online education, vocational training, and digital transformation in learning environments.

With a mission to empower learners through accessible, flexible, and impactful education, the team is growing and looking to expand its software engineering capabilities to support new products and digital services at scale.

 

What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based web and mobile applications using modern technologies.

  • Write well-structured, testable, and efficient code that meets quality standards and performance requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature design, implementation, and deployment.

  • Integrate third-party APIs, including Google APIs, into mobile and web services.

  • Contribute to architecture decisions and scalable solution design.

  • Continuously learn and adopt new technologies in a fast-evolving EdTech space.

What we’re looking for

  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and SignalR, working within Visual Studio.

  • Experience with MS SQL (including ADO.NET, stored procedures, and triggers).

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design, UML modeling, and software design patterns with a focus on security.

  • Familiarity with MVC architecture, JavaScript, jQuery, and mobile-first frameworks like jQuery Mobile.

  • Ability to develop and deploy load-balanced web solutions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a tech lead role or supporting development teams.

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, standups, retrospectives).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git.

  • Front-end development knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML.

  • Experience with native Android/iOS integration is a plus.
