Senior Technical Consultant

On behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding global provider of innovative Banking and Investment Management software solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to join their dynamic team. Our client operates across multiple international financial hubs and partners with leading financial institutions and fintech organizations worldwide.

Role OverviewThe Senior Technical Consultant will play a key role in the development, enhancement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced Banking Treasury applications. This role requires a strong technical background, analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Your day to day 

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Recommend effective solutions to technical challenges
• Conduct thorough software testing to ensure performance and quality
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Research emerging technologies and propose improvements
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues

Must have

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong development experience in Java and SQL / PL-SQL / T-SQL (MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Solid understanding of complex data models and system integrations
• Experience with data migration, reporting scripts, and reconciliations
• Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization tools
• Excellent command of English (written & verbal)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret specifications and deliver aligned software modules
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
