Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Athens (on-site)

On behalf of our client, a global leader in digital assessment and certification solutions is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to craft exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, impactful learning and certification journeys for users worldwide, while helping partners and teams deliver seamless digital experiences.

A day in the life of the UI/UX Designer.

As a UI/UX Designer you will take ownership of designing an intelligent, user friendly and innovative AI solutions that will shape the future of the AI agents industry.

Your day-to-day

Lead the design of engaging and user-focused digital solutions.
Create and deliver high-fidelity mockups optimized for various devices.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions.
Rapidly prototype concepts to support an agile, iterative development process.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
Ensure best practices in usability, accessibility, and maintainable design systems.
Contribute strategic insights and advocate for user-centered design principles

What you will need

Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced studies a plus).
Proven experience designing complex digital products and systems.
Strong knowledge of user-centered design, user research, prototyping, heuristic analysis, and accessibility standards.
Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ability to lead projects independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent command of English (C2 level preferred).
