Site Supervisor / Construction Manager

A regional residential developer building premium apartment complexes in Patras and the Peloponnese. The role exists to manage on-site execution across two concurrent residential projects.

The Role

You'll oversee all on-site construction activities — coordinating trades, enforcing quality and safety standards, and tracking progress against programme. In your first six months you'll bring the concrete frame of Building A to structure-complete and set up a weekly look-ahead planning process with all subcontractors. You'll report to the Project Director.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of site-management or supervision experience on residential or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of building construction methods (concrete frame, masonry, finishes)
• Familiarity with Greek safety legislation (ΠΔ 305/1996, ΕΛΟΤ EN standards)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline

Nice to Have

• NEBOSH construction certificate or Greek Safety Coordinator (Συντονιστής Ασφάλειας) qualification
• Experience with quality-management documentation (ISO 9001 site procedures)
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for site layout drawings
