Social Media SpecialistOur client is a leading consumer goods company building a strong and engaged digital community across multiple social platforms. The role exists to bring strategic social media management to a brand that has a clear voice and an audience worth growing.
The Role
You will manage the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and beyond, creating content that resonates, building community and keeping the brand relevant in a fast-moving digital landscape. In your first six months, you will conduct a full audit of existing social performance, develop a content strategy grounded in audience insight and establish a posting and engagement rhythm that drives measurable growth. You will be the person who knows what the audience wants before they ask for it.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of social media management experience for a consumer brand or in an agency managing consumer accounts
- Proven ability to create and schedule content that drives engagement across multiple platforms
- Sharp eye for social media trends and competitor activity with the ability to adapt quickly
- Experience building and managing online communities with a genuine instinct for audience engagement
- Strong written communication skills in both Greek and English
Nice to Have
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
- Familiarity with paid social campaign management
- Background in content creation including basic graphic design or video editing
