About the Role
On behalf of our client, a technology solutions provider delivering innovative software products in the Health and Insurance sectors, we are looking for a Team Lead / Scrum Master to join their team.
This is a role combining team leadership, Agile facilitation, and technical coordination, supporting the delivery of a next-generation insurance platform in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Lead, mentor, and support a cross-functional development team
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Act as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Identify and remove blockers to improve team efficiency
- Align priorities with Product Owners, Project Managers, and stakeholders
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
- Collaborate with developers on architecture and design decisions
- Maintain a solid understanding of the technical stack (preferably .NET)
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in software development environments
- 2+ years in a leadership or Scrum Master role
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Technical background (ideally within the .NET ecosystem)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have
- Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM)
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services
- Experience working with distributed teams
