Technical Consultant

On behalf of our client, we are out in the market for a Technical Consultant who will be responsible for the deployment, service delivery, and ongoing support of advanced products for major utilities. The role involves working closely with customers to validate requirements, implement solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure successful integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned service requests and ensure timely resolution or escalation.

• Implement, configure, and support Itron solutions on-site and remotely.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide recommendations to improve system performance.

• Deliver training sessions for customers and internal teams.

• Prepare accurate documentation and reports while ensuring compliance with security standards.

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.

• Experience in electrical grids, smart devices/IoT, telecom, or IT.

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and technical troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with databases (Oracle SQL with Linux, Pervasive) and project management is a plus.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
