Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (IT) to lead the successful delivery of complex integration and digital transformation projects. You will bridge business needs and technical execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment, timely delivery, and measurable client impact. This role combines technical project leadership, Agile methodologies, and client communication within the fast-moving IT and cybersecurity domain.

Our client is more then 20 years in IT sector, partnering with organizations to deliver data center automation, cloud services, digital transformation, and cybersecurity solutions that go beyond traditional integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT and systems integration projects (data center, cloud, security, and digital transformation).
• Capture, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Plan, track, and monitor project progress using Agile and hybrid methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall where needed).
• Coordinate internal engineering teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Anticipate and mitigate project risks, ensuring client satisfaction and delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing clear reporting on milestones, blockers, and KPIs.
• Support pre-sales efforts with effort estimation, solution design alignment, and technical proposals.

Qualifications

Essential:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, software, or technical environments.
• Strong background in systems integration, cloud, or cybersecurity projects.
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).
• Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and external vendors.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud-native architectures.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills (Greek & English).

Desirable:

• Certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, ITIL).
• Exposure to AI-driven project management tools and data-driven reporting.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution design, or consulting environments.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards, compliance, or enterprise cloud migrations.
