UX Content Strategist - Athens, On-site

UX Researcher
€2000 - €3000 / Monthly rate
Permanent
Athens

Our client is a leading e-commerce company focused on delivering digital experiences that are as easy to navigate as they are compelling to engage with. The role exists to bring content strategy expertise to a product team that understands words are as much a part of the user experience as design and functionality.

The Role

You will develop and manage content strategies that serve both user needs and business objectives, working closely with UX designers, product managers and developers to make sure content is woven into the user journey rather than bolted on at the end. In your first six months, you will audit the existing content across key digital touchpoints, identify the biggest experience gaps and deliver a clear content framework the whole product team can work from. You will be the person who makes the product easier to understand and harder to leave.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content strategy or a closely related discipline
  • Proven ability to develop content frameworks that balance user needs with business goals
  • Experience collaborating directly with UX designers and product managers in a digital product environment
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and content accessibility standards
  • Strong research skills with the ability to translate user insights into content decisions

Nice to Have

  • Background in e-commerce or conversion-focused content environments
  • Familiarity with content management systems and design tools such as Figma
  • Experience with A/B testing and content performance analysis

What's in it for You

€2,000-3,000 monthly gross, depending on experience and technical background. On-site in Athens. Group private health insurance, a tailored training and development plan and an intellectually stimulating environment where content is treated as a core product discipline.
